I hope so.. I usually feel pretty confident about this kinda thing, I mean at the base've it all I'm a mercenary.. but like.. with the hunt. Each've my friends who were on a team. I tried whatever I could t'keep 'em from gettin' in the bottom percentile. When do we slip into that point've no return where we're still us but not the same?

We're never the same, Zell. Every day we change. That's the point. That's okay. Whatever we turn into here, that's just going where we need to go. [She can say it because - ] I trust who you are at your core. That never changes. We change around it but - we're still us even if we're not the us we once were. Whoever you become while you're here, even some of the dark parts, it's who you are at your core that will keep those changes good things. I trust you. You'll be who you are no matter who you become.

Guess we can only hope we don't go tooo dark. I swear if I wake up one day an' I'm snappin' necks t'prove dominance or somethin' I'm gonna seriously rethink somea my life decisions.

But Tifa, I could potentially have the most evil bones in existence an'theyre just kept in check by my good-saturated flesh. [Shrugging, then realizing ot was set to Voice..] It could be like the old legends!

[Team. Four simple letters, one simple word. The joy it brought to hear though.. Zell smiles wide on the other side of the line. They may be separated by different worlds or dimensions or what have you, but the camaraderie was beautiful. There were certain people in Adstring who's presemce he'd found had him feeling like he wasn't so alone, even if he had come in with no one. He breathes out a short chuckle.]

If you go all crazy, there won't be a safe place to hide from a good whack.. or at least a really stern talkin' to.

[She has no idea what old legend he's talking about but she'll still huff a noise that sounds suspiciously like laughter.]

It would be a real hard choice on whether my lectures or my whacks are worse. [She miiiiight sound a little proud of that. Maybe. She certainly does sound like she's smiling. Her words are entirely serious and heart-felt however.]
